Modular sectional in mustard and rust create a place for family, friends and pets to gather by the fireplace. The child size chair on the right is perfect for the little girl of the house.
The renovation of the first floor of this Gold Coast townhouse is almost complete. With the bathroom tile done, the shower door will be installed next. The office/guest room’s floor is being tiled and then we will wait for the custom sliding glass doors to finish the transformation.
A mix of tile includes penny rounds for the floor, large format porcelain for the walls and glass for the accents.
Out of state Renovation Project
This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath house is undergoing a complete renovation in an updated modern style. Shades of gray and white keep things crisp and clean. The kitchen features glossy white cabinetry, porcelain tile floor and quartz countertops. The main bathroom below is in the works and will soon have a 3 sided glass enclosure.
