Look Who’s Moving in May!
It’s almost May and three happy families will finally move into their renovated homes! It’s been an especially long wait for a couple and their baby in North Center who started plans to convert a 2 flat into a single family home in 2020 just as Covid hit.
In Wicker Park newlyweds were forced to leave home when their condo building had a fire, just over a year ago. Smoke damage throughout meant having to redo the entire apartment. Meanwhile a Streeterville couple moved out of their apartment during a 3 month renovation that included a new kitchen and main bathroom.

Streeterville
The kitchen features beautiful natural walnut cabinets, quartz countertops and porcelain floor tile. The highlight will be the Brizo luxe gold faucet and backsplash tile from Ann Sacks designer MADE collection.
The main bathroom remains the same size, but feels larger due to light tile and glass shower doors. A new vanity and tall cabinet provide plenty of storage space.
Wicker Park
The details matter in this condo which features concrete, shades of cream and gold finishes. All the switch plates, door hinges, sink drains and even the Nest thermostat are gold!
North Center
This single family home has 3 bathrooms and a powder room. Each one has different finishes and colors–from classic marble and walnut to white textured geometrics. No way to get bored in this house!
