This One Will Make You Blush!
Lincoln Park Townhouse
Gray cabinetry and wall tile maintain the soothing soft feel while the black countertop creates a focal point.
A floating vanity was chosen to create an airy feel in this small space.
Another advantage of a floating vanity– to see more of the floor tile!
Lincoln Park kitchen
This large kitchen is almost complete. The quartz backsplash is striking and will set off the vent hood and wall lights that will flank it.
Honey bronze and brass metal for the door pulls, faucet and light fixtures, bring warmth to the blue and white cabinetry.
North Center Home
This 3 flat conversion to a single family home has been in the works for over 2 years. With 4.5 bathrooms there has been lots of fun with tile, especially since the clients requested that each bathroom be different. This lower level bathroom is light and bright with modern, graphic wall tile.
The upstairs children’s bathroom takes a twist on the classic subway tile. This version has an textured surface in shades of aqua.
The main bathroom is classic with marble tile on the walls and floor. Check back to see the 5th bathroom and how these bathrooms transform as they are completed in the next month.
