While construction continues on, we are busy selecting finishes and materials for the house. The “shades of white” kitchen will be anything but boring–a quartz countertop in Organic White features like-colored layers and subtly blended undertones. The subway tile is mix of white and light gray adding texture and subtle interest. Dark gray fixtures pop while keeping the look cool and serene.
The powder room gets colorful with a rich indigo blue vanity. The entire wall behind the vanity will be tiled in a geometric star design that is both fun and functional. A quartz countertop brings the colors together in shades of gray and light blue.
New Construction in Logan Square
The move was completed on schedule and the unpacking and getting organized has begun. The colorful mural sets the tone for a design style that is modern with a mix of bright colors and subtle tones. Take a look at a few detail shots from throughout the house.
Highland Park Great Room Renovation
The great room is complete and the family has already begun entertaining and enjoying it themselves. The oval table provides seating for 6-8 while the island seats 4 making the flexible for larger groups. The sunroom beyond is open to the rest of the house and is a welcoming spot to relax after a meal.
