Vintage in Evanston
A vintage apartment in Evanston is set to be painted and spruced up throughout. Collaborating through email with samples in hand, we have selected colors, sconces, and window shade options for the living room.
A wall of windows lets in lots of natural light in the beautiful, large living room. Heavy drapes will be removed and replaced with inset roman shades as shown on the design board. Utilizing some modern elements will update the space while keeping the vintage charm.
South Loop Condo Renovation
With the powder room design and materials finalized, we are moving on to the fireplace in this south loop condo. Working virtually with the out of state owner, we had many discussions and emails regarding the design before I created this design concept drawing. The fireplace surround will extend to the ceiling and feature tile on all sides. Floating cabinets and shelves keep the look modern and light while providing a spot for the TV, storage and display.
In consideration for the cabinets and shelving are painted gray or stained wood. The fireplace tile brings together warm and cool tones to complete the look.
