A Fireplace for Fall

After much planning, this custom designed and fabricated fireplace/TV wall, is finally in the works and will be ready just in time for cool fall days ahead. The cabinets and fireplace are in place and the framing is done. Next will be drywall, tile and finally the stone hearth and mantle. This new design is modern, functional, and includes a gas fireplace, large TV, storage, display and a mantle. See the before photo and the design concept drawing below.

Old Town Row House

After stripping the white paint from the brick walls, moving the mechanicals, installing new duct work and track lighting, this renovated basement will soon become a loft-like space for the family to enjoy.

Decorative details such as copper painted pipes add a pop of metallic color. A vintage stained glass window hides an eyesore and adds some charm to the industrial style.
